What’s Wrong with the Law Schools

The above title is from an article what provides an excellent summary of the problem and outline of the solution. As someone who found law school boring and humorously simplistic, it’s been my view for a long time that a legal education should be a part of K-12 and undergraduate education. Everyone should be taught the basics. There is little need for a 3-year program.

The authors of the following article propose a two year offering, distance learning options, and “Getting back to apprenticeships.” I couldn’t agree more.
