There’s good news and bad news regarding the announcement that Jim DeMint is leaving the U.S. Senate to become President of the Heritage Foundation.
The good news is that the indispensible and great work at the Heritage Foundation in behalf of the conservative cause under the leadership of Dr. Edwin Feulner is guaranteed to continue to grow.
The bad news is that the small-government, principled constitutional conservative wing of the Congress and America has lost its leader and his shoes will be exceptionally hard to fill.
