It’s pretty clear that Santorum and Perry can’t catch Romney – they’re not even on the ballot in several states. So if conservatives are going to stop being stupid, it’s time for them to get out of the race and stop splitting the vote:
Yes, Mitt Romney can be beaten. But the conservative movement has to toughen up and push a couple of candidates out of the race. Religious conservatives are meeting this weekend to settle on a nominee. Hopefully they’ll pick a good one and stick to him – otherwise we’re headed for a Romney coronation.
