John Biver

John Biver is a Christian, a husband, a son, a brother, and an American citizen. He is a graduate of Virginia Wesleyan University where he studied political science, political philosophy and history. In addition to many years working in the private sector, John has worked in politics and government in Washington, D.C., and in Illinois at the state and local level.
